The room was excellent, it was very clean. The hair and body wash was over when we arrived and we did not find any option to notify it to housekeeping.Also the check in process at the property is too tedious and lengthy. Pls keep in mind that this property is a bit away from the Bahnhof and frequency of public transport is too less and taxi availability depends on your luck.

We stopped at this hotel on our way south to italy and it provided everything we wanted for a fair price. The automatic check-in was a bit of a hassle but it all went well in the end.

I liked the security you have when you're in the building, not everyone can get in without having the security code. I didn't like my room not being clean and my bed sheet not changing for my entire stay, a week. I didn't like not having someone on site to help when needed. During my 7 days, the last 4 days I couldn't use my security code to get in the building. I had to piggybacking, I wasn't alone, other people had similar issue.

Very strange system. Your room key is a code that is sent to you electronically. All instructions were in German requiring translation. Not the best system for non-German speakers. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Great place to stay overnight but can be noisy

We stayed there for the second time and would give 5 stars but it appeared that the soundproofing of the hotel is very bad. Guests in one of the rooms had a loud conversation with some strange low frequency music till 3 a.m. It was really hard to sleep and there was no reaction from the hotel's staff. Other things were perfect. The hotel was very clean, beds comfortable and we liked it very much

Impossible to check in, the check in machine doesn’t work. No AC in the rooms, no mosquito nets. The outside of the hotel stays lit up all night so keeping the blinds and windows open at night is also impossible. We booked a room for 3 people (2 adults + a 6 year old) and only got two twin beds pushed together. No one slept because of the heat, light and the beds.

Nice place to sleepover. Clean, easy to find, large parking lot with charging option, and Lidl charger next building. The big negative is the communication with the host. I haven't gotten any messages through hotels.com and the phone customer service doesn't work in the evening. This is very strange. Further, after the checkin procedure, I received a code to enter, but the door to the corridor opened strangely not through the code, but through the phone, as one of the kind neighbors informed me after several fruitless attempts to enter the code. Not a pleasant experience, something needs to be fixed.

Makkelijk bereikbaar , lift, alleen jammer genoeg geen gezamenlijke ruimte waardoor savonds buiten groepjes ontstonden. Overigens geen last van gehad maar is niet uitnodigend.

Der Check-In verlief bei uns problemlos, da wir bereits vor der Anreise alle notwendigen Angaben im Online-Portal gemacht hatten. Am Anreisetag gab es lediglich eine Email mit einem Link wo wir unseren Türcode erhielten. Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet, ausreichend Parkplätze, zwei Bäckereien, Lidl und zwei Tankstellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel und das Zimmer wirkte sehr sauber und wir waren zunächst sehr positiv überrascht. Dass es im Hotel keine Klimaanlage gibt, wussten wir und so waren wir auch nicht überrascht dass es bei unserer Ankunft im Zimmer überdurchschnittlich warm war. Der Geruch im Zimmer bei der Anreise war leider nicht sehr angenehm, trotz gekippten Fenster. Es stellte sich nämlich heraus, dass wir zwar in einem Nichtraucher-Hotel waren, das Zimmer #116 jedoch DIREKT über dem Haupteingang lag, sodass bei geöffnetem Fenster permanent Zigarettengeruch (der vor dem Hotel rauchenden Gäste) ins Zimmer zog. Aufgrund der Wärme im Hotelzimmer mussten wir das Fenster jedoch bis in die späten Abendstunden geöffnet halten um eine halbwegs angenehme Schlaf-Temperatur zu bekommen. Geräusche und Gespräche von anreisenden und rauchenden Gästen waren leider somit auch jederzeit hörbar und störten besonders abends/nachts ziemlich. Das Hotel an sich ist besonders für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von 1-2 Nächten gut zu empfehlen. Ich würde aber ausdrücklich um ein Zimmer auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes bitten (ungerade Zimmernummer).
