"We've stayed here several times over the past 10 years and it's a very good hotel for the price. Clean rooms, well kept bathroom, adequate breakfast. It's in a good location close to the medical center. We will keep it as our primary choice in the area "

"Breakfast and parking were great. We were about half a mile from the River Walk, across from a market, and close to the interstate. The staff were very friendly, especially the man in charge of breakfast. The bed and room was comfortable. The only complaint was the elevator situation. One of them was broken most of the time, and the other one was terribly slow. Apparently this is an ongoing issue. Everything else was great. "

"The overall condition of the building was very poor. The first thing you notice after walking in the building is the musty odor. Everything appears to be dusty and abandoned. Our room was dirty. Lots of hair and random debris on the bathroom floor. There was a water puddle in front of the fridge from a water leak coming from the refrigerator. Most of the electrical outlets did not work. The shower would not hold temperature. It would fluctuate from freezing cold to burning hot without touching the faucet. The TV did not work. Calling for help was a nightmare. The Wi-Fi did not work. When we contacted the hotel for help, they provided a 1-800 number for us to call. We eventually just gave up on it."

"Drury had recently sold the property to Wyndham and the hotel condition was not great. Staff seemed not as involved nor knowledgeable. Had the feeling of bare bones. "
