"Clean room. Check in kiosk was great"

"everything was good except for the shower when you shower a lot of water gets out and you have to come out on a wet floor"

"Rene the receptionist was magnificent!! We stayed one night and it was a wonderful experience!! Beautiful place! Very clean. Would definitely stay again. Wish I was still there!"

"Clean facilities, convenient location to Joshua Tree. Enjoyed having to covered carport to keep our car out of the sun."

"If you are disabled, DO NOT stay at this hotel. The parking lot has terrible potholes and creates dangerous walking hazards for someone that is disabled and uses a walker like myself. The width of the bathroom door was less than 25 inches wide (ADA laws REQUIRE entrances to be 32 inches!) and therefore did not allow my walker to fit through the door creating yet another potential walking hazard, and ZERO ACCESS for someone who is disabled that uses a mobility aid. The fact that I could not...

"The MOTEL is older but the room was clean. There really are no amenities other than wifi and the pool which is the reason for my low rating. The owner accommodated us checking in early which we appreciated. You had some road noise but other than that the property was quiet."

"Half the room lost electricity during the night. Made it difficult to get ready and repack luggage in the dark. I went to the office to report the issue but no one responded to me. I feared a fire may start if the room had electrical problems. Not a restful night."

Someone will be here. . Well, I got to the office 630 and the older lady said sorry I can’t do that now I said, but the guys told me the previous night that someone would be...

"The property was clean and close to all the amenities of Big Bear Lake. The bed was not on a bed frame and the mattress was warned out. It felt like I was sleeping in a canoe. There was no dresser nor closet to put clothes. I had to live out of a suitcase. I will not recommend this place to family nor friends."

"I had a wonderful time! It was so beautiful - everything was clean, the family staff is amazing, I loved the pool and the fruit trees and beautiful areas to sit. And the espresso machine was a lot of fun! It was also very safe and secure and easy for us to go in and out. Whenever I needed anything the staff was right on it as if they flew to my room! My room was cozy and comfy and clean and in the Palm Springs style. The only thing I didn't like is I was at a work conference so I didn't have...

"Only room in town I enjoy staying"
