"The location is very convenient and the room was quite spacious, but the hotel definitely needs a renovation. Our bathroom had a moldy smell, and the walls, curtains, and linens were stained. There was no AC in the room — only a fan. The parking lot was full when we arrived, so we had to park a block away. The staff were kind and helpful, though. If you’re not too picky, it’s still a decent option for staying in downtown Victoria."

"Clean room and bathroom, very roomy space, everything is clean and new. Also love the humor here and there. We forgot to take the (free) rubber duckies, so don’t forget to take them home and give them a name!"

"On arrival, terrible room. Right next to the house keeping supplies, but had a great view of the roof. Had to call or go down to front desk for maintenance. The safe didn’t work, the coffee pot was broken and didn’t work, there was no remote for the tv, the breaker kept tripping so had to go out and switch it if we wanted to use more than two things at a time and the so called AC was terrible, room was so hot. They had to bring up a fan. I have stayed there before, it was great. I don’t know...
