"The door to the property was wide open on arrival, we felt unsafe given it had been left open and did not stay. Host was uncontactable."

"Had such a great stay at UKO Potts Point! The location is super convenient and made getting around Sydney so easy, esp for work. I also absolutely loved the rooftop, such a great space to relax and enjoy the city. A huge thank you to Stevan, the Senior Community Manager, who was incredible to communicate with. He was always friendly, responsive and so helpful, and really made the whole experience seamless. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Sydney. Highly recommend!"

"リッチや部屋は最高でした 初日メールボックスにカギ無く苦労した キッチンの換気扇が動かない シャワーの扉仕切りが無く使いづらい"

"Perfect location, the host is amazing she helps us a a lot and she is friendly"

"Our family had a lovely stay overall. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Chinatown is just downstairs and heaps of food choices all day. The property manager was very friendly, informative, and made the check-in process smooth. We also appreciated being accommodated with an early check-in (for an additional fee), which was very helpful after our trip. The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom exhaust fan, as it didn’t clear the steam well after...

"申請提早入住，開始收到郵件答應可以提早入住，買了冰淇淋蛋糕以及很多東西去辦理入住的途中，發來郵件說不可以提早入住，所有買的冰凍的食物都化掉！"

"Excellent design. Very convenient location."

"Too expensive to put up with over 2 hour wait to check (where we were expected to walk to local cafe with 5 pieces of luggage) and was told the readon for the delay was that they needed to clean the apartment properly. Turned up again at 5pm to get in and apartment was still not ready. When we finally did get in there were pubic hairs in the upstairs shower and 4 dead flies on the floor on upstairs bedroom."

"Perfect location, near 2 light rail stops, and two ferry wharfs, undercover parking across the road (paid parking) and easy walking distance to Barangaroo, city centre, China town. Easy access to ferry to get to Circular Quay for access to The Rocks or ferries to Watsons Bay or Manly. Plenty of convenience stores and coffee shops nearby. Apartment was very clean and comfortable."

"The apartment was clean, small and about 500 metres from the shops on Middle Head Road. Parking is available on the site but only on a first come first serve basis. There are eight apartment but only three spaces available. This was first mentioned to us about 10 hours before book-in, after payment. Luckily, we secured a spot and left the car there and caught public transport. Accomodation is pricey near Balmoral Beach but I do not feel that I got good value for money here."

"The place was great, nice furniture and comfortable beds. The location was amazing. It was close to the beach, bus stop right outside your door, and close to great food. Highly recommend!"

"Located just a 6–10 minute walk from the train and Metro stations, the location was ideal. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was a huge plus, letting me wear fresh clothes the very next day."

"The apartment was nice a clean. We were close to buses, trains and the ferry. We were close enough to walk to downtown Sydney across the bridge. We felt safe in the city even during the night. It was nice having a kitchen and laundry facilities on site. Communication with the management was quick and they addressed issues promptly. The only issue we had was the wifi signal was a bit weak in the smaller bedroom and the knob to the dryer was broken and we had to hang our clothes to dry. "

"Excellent location. The large outdoor balcony made it impossible not to feel emerged into the vibrant neighbourhood"

"Easy check in, quiet and great location right on beach front."

"This place was disgusting. We did not even stay there "

"Place is right across the street from train station, which is convenient. The apartment is a bit outdated and has a big musky smell but it was comfortable. The parking is a bit tight. Place offered penty of supplies for cooking or doing your washing. Overall it was nice."
