The digital check-in on site was a little tricky. The screen displays your room number briefly, then it goes away. It’s not printed on your card, so make sure you remember it 😁 The staff were super friendly and helpful!! Excellent location and the room was very nice! I would certainly stay here again!!

Overall good. Great location. Checkin was ok. Do the precheckin, it makes the experience easier. We didn't and I did not realize I had recieved the mail for it. We had to call and wait in the queue for a bit before we could be helped. No a/c is terrible in a heat wave.

Great for what you pay!

GREAT LOCATION! This hotel is located so close the the best cafes and shopping. We loved staying here. The check in process is so easy just make sure you complete the pre check in that you will receive in your email prior to arrival. The only negative I have is that our room was infested with quite a few ants. As a person who isn't easily bothered by bugs it was fine for me but they were very noticeable. Also 15 minutes before check out time someone entered our room without knocking I'm assuming to clean it. Overall I would stay here again!

Location is the best NOT the other aspect

The location is the best BUT the check in process bit confusing and also we were assigned to the first floor unit , it s quoet dosappointing as the unit literally side by side with the street ( if we open the window its literally people can jump in ) and its so noisy . But if we closed the window the air inside the room is very stuffy … also the rain shower is broken In short I reccomend this apt just for the location ( just across the oldtown) other than that dont expect much

nice site..

The site is what I like the most.. near to everything. The appartament was not bad even the room was small for us it doesn’t matter aside that there is no bidet or maybe A kind of shower connected for intimate wash. Aircon is not really necessary for its a bit fresh ambiance. The smell upon entering to check in was horrible I don’t know if it’s good odor for others not being racist but for us it’s not a good odor. No materials for mopping the floor since it’s unevitable not to wet when washing. At first it kept us afraid without reception but It’s a good experience, we will love to come back. Thank you so much

Non esiste la reception. Non si possono pagare in contanti e per pagare 6 euro ho ancora da capire come si fa. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, le padelle erano piene di polvere , sotto al letto ho trovato bottiglie e una pallina probabilmente delle persone che allogiavano prima. Il divano letto, per la terza persona era durissimo e con i cuscini mollissimi mi son svegliato con un bel mal di schiena. Manca un armadio chiuso ed un tavolo per mangiare comodi. Di positivo ho trovato la posizione , un minuto a piedi dalla vecchia cittá.

Very nice apartment. Newly remodeled in black. Automated human free check in was good.Good location literally 200-300 yards from the golden roof. Only negative is no A/C and in october we had to open windows and the street (alley) was very loud when people came out of the restaurant below. Other than that the place was great

Automated check-in, no contact person on site was as expected, but seemed a bit weird. Hallways were very dark and creepy. I was glad that I wasn't travelling alone, I would have been a bit scared through combination of no receptionist and creepy ambiance. However everything worked smoothly and we had a good stay.
