Although rated as 4 Star Superior the restaurant did not, in my opinion, meet this criteria. Although the standard of restaurant food provided was good, I was disappointed that apart from the main course all the other courses were self service. Also the tables in the restaurant were quite close together, making movement from our table to and from the buffet area difficult and private conversation at the table virtually impossible.

Location and staff were great. But my wife and I had to check out early due to a snow storm that was expected in Innsbruck. The hotel management obliged us to pay for the night anyway. So that was disappointing considering the circumstances. Based on that I would not recommend.

Also für das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist etwas überteuert für den gegebenheiten Trotz das wir im Sommer da waren. Für ein Wellneshotel mit 4 Sternen und Superior . Ich fand es nicht gut das die Sauna nur von 15 bis 20 Uhr am Tag auf hat . Bis 22 Uhr hätte ich das begrüsst. So wie im nahe gelegenen Schwimmenbad Unser Zimmer heitzte sich immer so sehr auf ( keine AC im Zimmer . Zum Abkühlen öffneten wir unser Fenster aber das lag an der Hauptstraße. In unserem Zimmer war eine Lampe funktionsfähig aber sehr zersprungen ( plastikschirm) Freundliches Personal,vielfallt an essen Essen,Lage und Parkplatz und der beheizte Pool waren die Pluspunkte die es bietet.

Goed hotel heel centraal gelegen ski bus halte aan de overkant , ski verhuur ook aan de overkant ,dicht bij het centrum . Hotel is wel verouderd vooral de badkamers maar is schoon en netjes , het matras is erg hard

Super Service, Professionelle Abwicklung. Darüber hinaus konnte das Personal super auf Sonerwünsche bearbeiten und sehr gut lösen. Alles andere funktioniert einfach reibungslos / perfekt.

Great location and value for money.

Great hotel with excellent location. The swimming pool was heated to the right temperature. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good, though some diversification of the food would be great. When you stay there for longer the breakfast is repetitive and becomes a bit boring.
