This was due to our stay at this hotel: the staff were fabulous and extremely friendly as well as helpful; the resort speaks for itself, it is identical to the images online; the beach is one of a kind. "I've been agadir serval times. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at. Theirs no iron, moved rooms 3 times due to their being an air conditioning fault. Iron service is a joke. Promised me it will be done in 30 minutes and it was dropped off to me after 6 hours. The clothes were more straightened once they left from the washing machine then when the staff ironed it. While leaving the hotel it took the staff 45 mins to give us our luggage which lead to us nearly missing our flight. The key cards...

"Arrived having booked with Expedia and paid with Expedia to find hotel shut, after lengthy taxi driver calls another local hotel put me up, who knew the other hotel owner. If I did not have basic French I'd have been stranded."

"This hotel is calm with good rooms and housekeeping but misses the mark too much. Service was usually sleepy, the place very not smoke free with lots of smoking around the pool, the technology was outdated with no usb sockets anywhere or Netflix and a pretty useless hotel app too. Just a very forgettable place to stay, hopefully I just hit a bad week but it should be really special and was not."
