"Fantastic room in the middle of the best part of the city!"

"Room was a good size, staff at front desk were a bit rude. I informed the staff about the shower in my room leaking water causing the bathroom floor to flood every time it turned on. We weren’t offered to change rooms but were given towels to put on the floor. Construction was being done the whole time during our stay and was very noisy. Other than that, the place was very clean & located near lots of shops and restaurants! "

"Absolutely loved this hotel. Have stayed at others in the same vicinity and this was by far my favorite. I booked the "business club" level which came with an amazing complimentary breakfast with lots of choices and it varied daily. Also included a fantastic happy hour each night with complimentary drinks and snacks. The level of "snacks" could really be considered dinner. The breakfast and happy hour is provided on the exclusive 11th floor business lounge. Rooftop patio with pool and gym were also much appreciated features. Amazing views from business lounge and rooftop patio. Hotel amenities, staff and neighborhood location all fantastic. Easy for me to recommend this hotel."

"Great location, adequate gym, a nice outdoor terrace and laundry facilities (need to buy or bring detergent), comfortable beds. Other than that our space, the two bedroom was very dark (only window is in the main bedroom) and some furniture on the balcony would be a good addition."

"La reserva fue cancelada de manera unilateral por el hotel sin aviso previo. Al intentar hacer check in me niegan la habitación y no me dan ninguna opción para poder acceder a algún hotel de su red. Todo esto pasando la media noche y ante una evidente sobre venta por un evento masivo. No les importó en lo más mínimo que a esa hora tuviera que salir a buscar una habitación. "
