"The room had no air conditioning. I had not noticed that when I booked. It had a fan but just no air since the window was high. The bathroom was too small and not functional. The shower was built for half a person. We had a room with 2 twin beds with not headboard so you can’t read or seat comfortably in bed. The breakfast and the location was excellent. Overall, too pricy for what we got. I think it is worth it to pay a $100 more per night to get way more."
"The air conditioning and the shower was really good. The breakfast was not so good. Hotdog pieces instead of real sausage. Eggs did not look very appealing. I just think the breakfast could be a lot better considering the price of the room."
"Very clean room with daily cleaning services. Breakfast had plenty of options. Great location. Much closer to Interlaken West, but both train stations are walkable."
"I made a mistake while booking and I couldn’t make it on the date of checking in. It happened to me while I booked for Cancun trip as my flight was over night so I booked extra day to make sure I can check in whenever I needed. However this hotel sold my room to other people because I didn’t come on the first day. I even used Expedia try to contact them but on the day I arrived, they said they have no room, my daughter is 1 year old and crying because she is hungry and need to change diapers. Front desk lady instead of help me, what she said was can you please control your child. Very helpful :) and until another girl come to help us, I thought I would have to rep on the street."
"The room was clean and spacious. The hotel itself within walking distance of Interlaken West and Ost, where there is a huge choice of restaurants and shops.
A couple of things we thought strange, first we arrived at 2.50 and were told that check in was not until 3, so to sit down and wait!
The receptionist was friendly after that.
The second thing was that house keeping didn’t come to service the room until 3.45pm, when we were already back from our days activities and resting. But these were minor things and overall we enjoyed our stay."
