"The hotel is really nice and the rooms are so clean. The location is amazing. Tri-Met was easy to take every where for public transportation. There are great bars, restaurants, and arcades close by. They have a nice happy hour with free beers & delicious coffee, tea, iced tea & water. Powell’s book store is close by. Cozy, comfy hotel with nice classy style. Loved it"

"Really fun hotel in an excellent location. The bar and lobby space are really comfortable to just hang out in and talk with the friendly staff. Don't worry about using valet, you can park on the street as it's free until the morning after 7:00 pm. Insider tip, find a spot before 7:00, use the Kitty parking app to pay and you are good until 8:00 am. You can then renew it in the morning. Highly recommend this hotel."

"We arrived to a friendly clerk. When we got to our room it smelled nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. We checked out and remembered to ask for the complimentary tickets to the Japanese Garden and we were very happy. The whole Park Lane experience was pleasant without any hiccups."

"Very accommodating Staff. Breakfast service was slow, but it was delicious. I did have to check my bill carefully at checkout because they tried to charge me for parking although I did not bring a car."

"Excellent artfully decorated hotel at great location. Very clean and updated. Excellent restaurant and a Starbucks in the same building. Took one star off because of high pitch noise in a corridor that woke us up at 6:30am. It was an egress door malfunction. I went down and alarmed staff. Staff took care of it in about 30 min. Probably will not happen to you."
