"We had an amazing stay at this rental in Mae Rim Grace everything exceeded expectations. Pen was fantastic from start to finish, with excellent communication and genuine hospitality that made us feel completely at home. The breakfast was truly 5-star quality—fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared each morning. It was one of the highlights of our stay. To top it off, the complimentary airport transfers were incredibly convenient and thoughtfully arranged, making the entire experience seamless. "A bit disappointed with my stay. I was basically the only person there for my stay, but the staff was nowhere to be found on many occasions, and they were not very helpful with transportation anywhere outside of the hotel. It felt very inconvenient to leave, forcing you to only use the amenities they offered (food and spa services). Not the worst stay but definitely not the best. "

"We had a lovely short stay here in February, which is the quieter season (we were told domestic tourism peaks in January), so it felt especially peaceful. The hotel itself is beautiful - the waterfalls are a real highlight - and we loved spotting the friendly peacocks wandering around the grounds. The resort is quite secluded, so dining options are mostly limited to the hotel’s restaurants, although there is a nice little coffee shop just a short walk away. We were also able to secure transport through the hotel to the nearby botanical gardens and Mon Jam, which was a great day out. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout - a really special spot for a calm, relaxing few days."
