"This is an excellent choice of motel for pet owners. The staff were very welcoming of pets and did not charge extra and unnecessary 'cleaning' fees. Most fanatical pet owners are super responsible and mindful of premises integrity. Moana Court is spotlessly clean, quiet, warm and close to main street shops. We only stayed overnight but we did visit the Bill Richardson Transport World on our way out of town. If you have any interest in transport at all then we would wholeheartedly recommend a visit to this huge and fascinating facility.

Stayed during holiday week, and on a Sunday. Overall, Invercargill at the time seemed more like a ghost town, but that was most likely more due to our timing. It has some great bakery as well as pie places, but they were all closed due to the holiday
