"The check in process was very smooth and the hotel is a perfect distance if you have a long layover and want to eat and bathe before your connection. We stayed the night for this very reason and it all went over smoothly. Very glad we stayed here as it was a peaceful nights sleep and a good meal at the on-site restaurant before finishing our journey home."

"This hotel was absolutely disgusting. We had to change rooms three times during our stay. The first room smelled absolutely horrible, and the second room had a bed that was soaking wet. We only stayed because we couldn’t get a full refund and there were no other hotels available nearby. The hotel also needs to enforce its no-smoking policy at the front entrance. Despite clearly posted “No Smoking” signs, people were continuously smoking marijuana and loitering directly outside the entrance....

"We arrived at terminal 5, there is 1 pickup for the hotel on the airport, it is a journey to get there. Many hotels pick up at terminal 5, why dont they ? We weren given a room near the elevator, and the hallway noise seems to be quite prominent in the room. In addition, the room next door was a group of kids who were quite loud. The walls seem very thin, and everything next door could be heard. No food available for early morning departures. Restaurant opens at 7:00, starbucks at 06:30. Not a...
