The young man checking us in was fabulous. The internet was bad-not letting us log on. And the 15.95 breakfast was not good (I've had better at free hotel breakfasts) and while checking out (at check out time) I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to help me. Also had a fire alarm go off at 11:30 pm and had zero feedback from the hotel.
