The Holiday Home was a fine place to spend a couple nights, but the kitchen had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There was a sticky brown substance on the floor under the kitchen table that stunk up the kitchen. We made use of the nearly empty bottles of cleaning supplies to clean it. We ended up having to walk to the nearby convenience store and getting more paper towels and toilet paper because the house only came with mostly empty rolls of both. The kitchen floor had not been swept and had a lot of dirt on it. We could also see snail trails in the morning on the downstairs carpets.
Otherwise, the bedrooms were clean and comfortable enough. The shower did not drain well but the bathroom was overall pretty good. I'd recommend this 2 bedroom house if you need a lot of space and the ability to cook and do laundry (but beware there's no dryer so you'll have to air dry). We did not cook and just went out to eat, but the kitchen seemed to be in working order and had everything you'd need.
