"The manager on board was fine and friendly The beds were very comfortable But that’s where it STOPS Trying to check out and make sure I had a physical or virtual receipt? Nope Trying to find a live, real person to help me? NO making sure I have proof of my 100$ deposit that they put on my card until checkout The man problem with this is when you come in there is a screen on a unit about as big as an ATM Right by the door It’s a live person (probably in India) that talks to you and condescends to you When I said I am trying to find a front desk person please!!! He said to me: “This is the way of new technology “ I said “No, it is not you are not even physically at this hotel I want to talk to someone at the front desk “ It truly was awful This went on for about a half hour I kept then roaming the halls because there are cameras all over , hoping that would illicit a response from a live person It did Finally a cleaning person (family run) came out She was nice, and helped me at the desk I will never stay there again because if this virtual assistant machine when you come in Awful awful awful"

"Bed was comfortable enough. Not really ANY amenities in the room except for shampoo & conditioner (multi-use) on the wall in the bathroom. This hotel is in a pretty small town, so rooms were plentiful. I was not really impressed with the complimentary breakfast, but the coffee was surprisingly good."

"Hotel is fairly new imo and staff was welcoming and helpful. We jiat did an overnight on our way further North .had the pool to ourselves.. Breakfast was ok nothing great but gal running it was friendly and a hard worker. Liked that there was outside seating for a smoke and a non smoking outside area with a grill"

"The property and grounds looked very nice! Great location only 1 block from Wolf River! However, the first room with the King bed that we requested smelled strongly of smoke. The clerk moved us to another room quickly with 2 queens, which fine except the TV and nightstand lamp did not work!"

"Pool had dirt and it never got cleaned, whatever was spilled in elevator never washed up no microwaves in the room. I’ve never had a bathroom where you had to go to the hallway to wash your hands and brush your teeth. I asked for a room a handicap room, but because I booked it through Expedia, she says that because it was the third party that they could not give us the handicap room had to pay your extra, of course to check in early, which is fine, but overall as the day went on the front manager got a little crabby with me and then two we couldn’t get clean towels for the pool, but we were only there just to sleep so"
