"The property itself was okay. Rooms were clean and spacious. With to many nick nacks that were not necessary at all. Bathrooms good. Only our bathroom door was broken, wouldn’t close without a push and a noisy crack.Beds were not comfortable at all. Mattress firm. Pillows hard. We had double bed made from two single beds, massive gap in between, sliding apart. Air conditioning noisy.Too hot without it, so we had to use it. Towels not changed daily. They wouldn’t give you fresh pool towel unless...

"Unbelievable stay. One of the most scenic places on our entire trip. Our room which was of good size and adequate amenities had a patio that overlooked the pool, cypress trees, and the ocean. It was like being at an Italian villa waking up to that view every morning. The pool was also an incredible addition to the stay. The staff was so nice and helpful with everything. "The hotel staff and food served were excellent, however, the hotel is situated on a steep hill, not great for people with back issues. The hotel is outdated, the sofa in the room was very uncomfortable and the TV was a small 18 inches and we couldn’t get it to change to the English language! The hotel is not near the Old Town but at least a 40min drive away! We had to hire a car which was great to get around in. I booked this as Expedia had this as a 4 star but it is more a 3 star!
