"Our stay at Hotel Atlantis Copacabana was extremely disappointing, especially regarding cleanliness, hygiene and guest care. Both my brother and I were shocked by the lack of cleanliness in the rooms and at the breakfast buffet.
The worst incident involved a staff member who introduced herself as Claudia and was stationed at the breakfast entrance. My brother was sick in our room with flu-like and gastrointestinal symptoms, so he responsibly stayed there to avoid infecting other guests. I asked...

Completamente recomendado."

"I rarely leave negative reviews because I’m usually very satisfied with my Expedia bookings, but unfortunately this experience at Ipanema Beach Hostel was extremely disappointing.
The photos shown online did not match the actual property conditions. The place felt disorganized, poorly maintained, and far below expectations. The room quality was bad, and the stairs were incredibly narrow and uncomfortable, to the point where my friends could barely walk through them properly with luggage.
