"clean... friendly, helpfull staff "

"The staff here was excellent. It is located in the busier part of the city center. we've stayed at other places in the center that are more quiet. But overall this was an excellent experience. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful."

"Nice location and friendly staff."

"The staff is always amazing at this hotel. I can't say enough great things about the place."

"Lovely "

"Love the property and the friendliness of staff. I wish I got the pool facing room which I thought I reserved but stay turned out well. "

"Rooms breakfast and location good "

"I absolutely love this place. You feel immersed in the rain forest. There are many birds and wild life. The rooms are nice and clean. "It was a great experience from the check in to the check out. The staff was friendly and provided outstanding customer service. Plus the breakfast and location that were exceptional as well. I'm definitely staying there again next time I'm in Ubachuva 😁"

"The owners abd the staff were all very friendly and helpful great location in ubatuba. "

"Excelente"

Achei seguro andar a noite.

"I loved my stayed in this property. It is very beautiful, calm and the breakfast is very good. The staff from the kitchen are amazing!! My only complain about this property is the WiFi that never worked inside of our room and we ended up having to work outside by the pool. Everything else was great though. "
