POOR SERVICE
Late check in, lack of information, receptionist don't have info about hotel. Hard to check out, receptionist not always at counter. Waiting an hour to check out. We go to breakfast first then come back to hotel. We already breakfast from 9.00 am to 10.00 am, nobody at counter to attend us check out. At last, we just leave the key under entrance door. Poor service. In toilet, a guest before leave their toiletries. Corridor like movie in dark water. Scarry.. hotel located 150m from main road. AND THE BEST PART, ALL NUMBER I'VE CALLED, NO ANSWER!!!

Great value for money, you get a clean and air conditioning room to sleep and a bathroom with heated shower. Great for when you just want a place to sleep and clean.
