"We received a complimentary upgrade to comfort rooms with ‘renovated bathrooms’. Our shower had a bad drainage and water was overflowing and covering the entire bathroom and getting outside. We did visit Milan during an extreme heatwave, but the airco was far too loud and just barely enough to cool a room when you’re sitting (or lying) still. The rooms were too small. The breakfast was ok, again had just enough choice, but nothing we would come back to. The staff were very kind."

"Reception staff really friendly and helpful in providing directions and recommendations. Open 24/7 which was perfect as we were at a late wedding. There is a tram stop (16) 5 min walk from hotel which takes you to San Siro and also the central location so perfect for travelling around. The room was compact and clean.
