"It was a excellent stay, nice clean caravan perfect size for a couple or family of four. Just opposite club house, good if you don't mind a little noise till about 12, which we didn't mind at all. "

"The staff were all excellent
The parking very good
Ev chargers made a difference
Our room 305 was a top rated room but could be made better with a few little tweaks.
Eg Some of the tiles over the bath need re grouting as do a couple of floor tiles.
The fire escape windows could not be locked properly which gave us a bit of worry about security while we were not in the room.
The outside seating area next to the dining room was overgrown and had lots of weeds.
I don’t want to complain and I will certainly book again and recommend the hotel . I’m pointing out these easily fixed things to help you."
"Wonderful clean room with many amenities. Exceptional dinner and breakfast all served by very friendly staff.
Hotel is in a beautiful setting with lovely large patio, plenty of outside comfortable seating with marvellous views across the gardens. Second time we have stayed here and will definitely be back again!"
"Very helpful and thoughtful staff. Upgraded room had wonderful view of open parkland.
Guest lounge/living area provided fridge, microwave and dining seating.
Location close to train station and buses.
Supermarket and town centre about 1km from the accomodation.
Garden and entrance need attention and don’t reflect the care of the interior.
A pleasant stay."
"Room was great value for price paid.
Main requirement was to sleep and not chill within room for too long.
Room was small but very clean with nice shower and hair/body wash to make use of.
Window in room was an extra cost. It was covered so you could not see out of it.
Overall i would definetely stay again."
"We had an enjoyable stay. All aspects very pleasing - especially the Indian food dishes which we ordered. Breakfasts very good too.
We had a well-appointed room, spacious and suitable for my disabled wife.
My only criticism is about policy of only servicing rooms when asked for; regular daily servicing means any problems are seen and can be dealt with sooner rather than later. Care for environment can be seen to by asking simply for thoughtful use of towels - avoid unnecessary washing.
Thank you."
"Kesgrave Hall is,a beautiful place.Unfortunately there was a few things that would of made us enjoy our stay more. The garden was lovely but it was a beautiful day and the only place we could sit to drink our delicious Apparrel Sprits and Dark and Stormy drinks were in the Smoking area it would of been nice to have somewhere more casual to sit and enjoy the ambience. Our room was lovely but unfortunately the extracter fan in bathroom would not turn off very quickly and sounded like a aeroplane engine whilst having a nice soak in the bath ..Shame.The Staff were lovely and very professional. THE food and drink was fab ."
