The room was clean but a bit outdated. I highly recommend this location. Airport transfer was a big draw for me. However, staff was not clear on directions to get the shuttle from Terminal E. Very confusing. Overall a good stay.

Hawthorne Hotel was warm and welcoming! We loved the atmosphere and strongly enjoyed all the amenities. We really enjoyed Sophie at the front desk for being a great person! We also enjoyed Matt the server who works The Tavern and Hawthorne restaurant! Excellent team members.
