"We did not get the bottle of sparkling wine as stated on the reservation confirmation. We were offered a paid room upgrade. At check-out, when I asked if we could get the upgrade free of charge instead of the sparkling wine, the answer was a rude NO."

"We loved our stay here. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful — we could even occasionally hear the donkey nearby. Our room was very spacious (room 203), had a like balcony, spotlessly clean and well maintained, with two single beds and a double sofa bed. Having air conditioning was also a big plus. ..."
