"Nice, clean room"

"This is my fourth time staying at the Roadway Inn in San Angelo in the past year and a half. We used to stay at another property (for over 10 years), but decided to give this one a chance. We are thankful we did! This time was our second time also being checked in by James. He has made a huge difference in our experience with this property. He has been courteous, attentive, accommodating, extremely professional, and kind. Smiling throughout our Check In process. My boyfriend is taller than average (6’9”) and we both not only travel a lot, but have leg and back issues so a room that is quiet, closer to the stairs is always welcomed. James always makes an effort to assist with our physical limitations. Every single time with a smile and passion for providing a Customer Service experience we appreciate and remember. Thank you James! The rooms are also very well taken care of, very spacious, and clean. The property is mostly quiet and accessible through a nearby exit, somehow central, with restaurants nearby. In short, this property has now become our favorite in San Angelo; due in part to our check in and check out experience to the point we now choose it every single time (over others), when we come visit. Thank you Roadway Inn and James, for genuinely caring about your guests experience. "
