"Creole Gardens is truly a New Orleans experience. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast and dining room are delightful, although options are limited. Their central location makes this an enjoyable place to be close, but not too close to the entire city. For us older folks the second-floor stairs were quite challenging, but the staff is accommodating. The rooms are “unique”. Remember, this is New Orleans…not your average Holiday Inn Express experience."

"They do NOT offer daily housekeeping for your rooms. They promised us that after the 3rd night (on the 4th day) we would get housekeeping - never happened. "
