"I love My Place! This area seems to have competitive hotel pricing, so it was a pretty good rate. Full-sized refrigerator and freezer, a little stove top, and microwave. You can even order breakfast items ahead of time to be placed in your room for the next morning, so you don't have to worry about shopping for groceries or anything like that. Complimentary coffee in the lobby, and only $1.50/each for a load of wash or dry. Thanks for a great stay. I would definitely stay here again! "
"Upon walking into the lobby, was very spacious and clean. The dining area for breakfast was incredible, so was the breakfast. Our room was great! We loved the space and the bathroom kitchen and family room area was very clean."

"Whether you call it the Hyatt Place or Hyatt House, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It definitely helped that they upgraded me from a standard king room to a suite due to room availability.
I only stayed one night and was not able to take advantage of the full kitchen other than the nearly full sized refrigerator. I also didn't get a chance to check out the exercise room, the pool or the bar on the 9th floor, but the bar in the lobby was nice and the food good.

"The suite was clean and comfortable. We had a studio with a kitchenette that had a full desk and counter top, full fridge, microwave and sink, which was very nice. I recommend a stay at the Candelwood and will stay there again when back in town. Ray S"
"I wish this hotel and staff could be at all of our stops as we drive across country! Spacious and clean room, very friendly staff all around. The “free” breakfast was one of the best ones we’ve had. My kids loved it too. Myrna was working the morning we ate breakfast in the lobby and she was so kind and helpful. I don’t see us traveling to Iowa again, but if we do- I would only stay here!"
