Those were the dishwasher, the coffee maker and toaster. Also the globes on the ceiling lights were littered with dead insects."

"My room was never cleaned while I was there. I got a clean set of towels on night 5. I asked the day staff for help. He had been sleeping and didn’t care. The new carpet is nice but isn’t being vacuum. Flossers lay in the hallway all week. If you want your trash taken you put it in the hallway because they don’t clean the rooms daily."
