Hotel shut, no refund given!!
"Terrible experience. Terrible customer care. The hotel was shut and they refused to refund me. We (my wife and my 4 year old child) arrived at the location and the gate was shut. The nice lady who was at the hotel (we were unable to speak to her in the local language) did not let us through the gate ..."

"Vi hade bokat sex nätter men var tvungna att ge oss av ( hals över huvud) pga utegångsförbudet så vi var tvungna att åka tillbaka till den adress vi kom från. Så endast tre dagar med sol och bad så vi är jätteledsna. Ett mycket bra hotell som vi gärna återvänder till"
