"Arrived just after 4.00pm and surprised to find Reception locking up (although promotional material indicated Reception open till 8pm). Got there in the nick of time!) they said they had sent a message to say key was under the mat at my assigned room - but I couldn’t access the message …I hate to think if I had arrived a minute later where I would have been left! "Overpriced for what it was. The splash back behind the cooker was also plastic so melted when using the pans. Heating unit was also so loud so couldn’t use when sleeping. "
