"It was ok. I don't think it really is what I think of as a "boutique hotel". This was a former B&B, so it's basically a nice B&B without breakfast. I will say it was nice having coffee downstairs in the morning, but either have some good pastries or don't put out at all. The very dry mini-muffins and little scones were not great. "I was in Duluth for a conference. This was a short drive from the conference hall and very close to lots of places to eat and drink! The room was really nice, the breakfast was delicious with a few really tasty healthy hot options, the staff were very helpful and the front sitting room with the fireplace was very cozy. "Worth getting the Club level rooms on the 6th floor for a lovely view of the lake. Parking is weird, but oddly accessible/convenient once you lnow what's going on. Fitgers/Pickwicks and other dining a short walk away. Be aware: no direct beach access."
