"Room floors were sticky and with black soot. The shower was very tiny and no handicap bars or handles. I had to carry my luggage from the 3rd floor because the elevator was broken; there was no staff to assist."

There is a Denny’s inside the hotel so you have a 24/7 restaurant open. The rooms for disabled are equipped with everything needed.
