"Clean big room, view from balcony overlooking pool area. Plenty of parking."

"Two days in a row we did not get any towels m. Our room was clean but literally zero towels. We called and it took an hour the first time and the second time took more than 2 hours, several calls , and 2 front desk visits. With two small kids in wet bathing suits including myself we could not make our dinner reservations without being able to take showers. Room smelled moldy and staff was not friendly at all. "

"The Royal Sonesta is the to go to hotel for us. It is perfectly situated that you can go for a walk and find stores. The staff is friendly and accommodating especially at the buffet and lobby entrance. Rooms are clean and bed comfortable."

"A gorgeous property 30-40 mins from the airport / San Juan - but with everything on site including multiple restaurants, pools, bikes, tennis, water sports, kids club and a lovely beach. The staff are what make this property so good - the kindness, care, and attention from all staff was excellent. We had some sunny days and some rain, but the resort was always in excellent condition, even after severe rainfall. 12/10, would stay here again. "

"Hotel and grounds were immaculate and beautiful! The staff was congenial and the concierge/ travel/staff Tues April 7th very helpful in downloading my ticket for my flight to my wallet to lessen the wait for us at the airport. Food and service on the Rustica restaurant was excellent! We are going to return again soon! "

"Room was clean , it seems like they were under staff . Waiter was super slow but the food made up for it. I wanted to use the computer area to print some documents and the printer wasnt functioning. Instead of the concierge fixing the problem he just ignored it ! The pool was very small a bunch of kids in the adult area , no pool towels available when need it ."

"There was only one elevator working in main lobby. We only found out about the other elevator option from another guest which was at the far end of the building near the pool. The tile floor in the room was very slippery when we arrived, not cleaned properly. The TV set was poor quality, bad reception unclear picture and sound, analog. Lighting wasn't working in several areas. The shower was filthy and shelves were broken that are supposed to hold soap, shampoo etc. The staff was rude and didn't...

"The trip from beginning to end was absolutely perfect. Check in was quick, and we had a poolside room. Walking right out to the pool was exactly what we wanted and the kiddos loved. The swim up bar added to the pool enjoyment. The food at the restaurant was prepared very quickly each time we ordered whether for sit down or to-go. We loved our 2nd stay there just as much and cannot wait to be back! "

"The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I have to say the staff made the visit all worth a while. Everyone from the front desk to the maids to the staff at the Pisces restaurant was super friendly and accommodating to me and my family. They have a private gate that leads straight to the beach, which was very accommodating. My kids enjoyed the pool and it was always clean. The only area I could see improvement for was the fitness facility. They were pretty much missing all of their...
