"Rafaella and her family were incredibly kind, and the service was absolutely outstanding. Her sister drove us to and from the bus station. Her father shared the family history and gave me a lovely tour of their beautiful garden, full of flowers, fruits, and vegetables. "Apartment is very close to the Anacapri bus centre and within minutes walk. Our host Marco is very hospitable and responsive. We had a very smooth check in and he gave us many recommendations for food and attractions and also helped us booked a boat tour that we really enjoyed. There’s a balcony outside the room to chill and relax and we enjoyed it a lot. Only thing to note is that there are some stairs so if you have big suitcase it will take some effort to bring them up."

"Everything was wonderful for my week long stay in Napoli at Dimora Duomo. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast each day was a perfect start to the day. My room was large with high ceiling, excellent air conditioning, a small kitchen, and a very comfortable bed. Check in was smooth and entering / exiting the property was easy. I will look to stay here again on my next visit to Napoli. "

We had breakfast included and it was served not in the property but on the Belvedere where the view is something that words cannot describing it. "Great service, lovely and spacious room. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We had a smooth check in and check out. Bruna recommended good places to eat and visit. She even helped us book transport to the airport. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is room service. It’s very good and lots of options. Angela made great pancakes. Our flight is in the evening. They stored our luggages so we are able to go around the city. We are satisfied with our stay. I highly recommend Accadia Relais."
