"We booked 2 rooms online having never been to the hotel. So upon arrival we checked into the rooms and immediatly noted a foul smell and loose ceiling tiles. The odour was a musty mouldy smell. I had a discussion with the manager he advised me that nothing was wrong with the rooms and some people are just too fussy when it comes to smells? He refused a refund and said we had to pay for 2 rooms for 2 nights as is their policy. We did not stay."

"A wonderful hotel with a pretty crappy breakfast. No oranges. No bananas. Tater tots on the first morning we were there we still frozen in the middle. Make your own oatmeal… options? Raisins. Nothing else. Oh. Syrup. No effort whatsoever put into breakfast. It’s pretty disappointing given it’s a really nice hotel in Neepawa."

"Everything was really good! Stay was quiet and room was clean. Only thing we had an issue with was how hot the rooms were. We tried turning down the temp to 60 Fahrenheit to get room cooled down as it was like a sauna in there and it still wouldn’t cool off."

Pool was ok but a little girl was excited to use the awesome slide but it was taking too long for the water to start so she could go down ! And the “Hot tub” was Not hot , Luke warm is what my husband and I would describe it being !! We Love hot tubs so we were to say the least a little disappointed!!"
