"I booked before arriving at the hotel. When I got there, they told me my booking hasn't come through but the money credited into my account, till today I have not receive my money back, I had to pay again at the hotel because it was already late,"

"Out stay was amazing we really enjoyed ourselves. The cleaner very friendly n helpful. They a always smiling. Unfortunately wen we arrive the was que at the reception n the was only 1 person working."
