From the moment we arrived, we noticed that the staff was not particularly friendly or helpful, which immediately affected our first impression. Once we entered our room, things did not improve. The room was visibly unclean, with a significant amount of dust around the bedboard and long hairs in the bathroom and even on the towels. The hairdryer was broken...
