This hotel is very run down, and should not be $150/night. Did not have access to running water in our room. Location and beach are its saving graces.

Although I gave this hotel a medium rating I enjoyed myself. This is a rough almost close to camping hotel. I must have not seen the message about bringing soap wash clothes, hand towel, tissue actually everything. The water does not get cold and there was a party set up just outside the window lasting until 5 am. There are no amenities however the caribbean ocean is just outside the door.

Lo mejor del hotel es su cercanía a la playa y tener dos restaurantes a pocos pasos, lo cual es muy cómodo. Sin embargo, mi experiencia general dejó mucho que desear. El personal del hotel si es muy amable y atento. Pero desde la llegada hubo problemas: Nuestra reserva no aparecía y no tenían la Suite Confort con dos camas dobles que pedimos. Nos ofrecieron una villa como alternativa, pero estaba en condiciones no aptas: sucia, con un olor extraño a humedad, sin ventilador en la sala y con ventanales hacia la playa que no abrían. Al final nos acomodamos en dos suites (una con solo una cama), pero las deficiencias siguieron: Habitaciones: En la de dos camas, solo una tenía topper; la otra era durísima. El grifo del baño era de botón temporizado y salpicaba tanto que terminabas empapado tú o todo el suelo. Y tampoco estaban limpias, al abrir el clóset había una cucaracha muerta. Servicio: El segundo día no nos dieron desayuno buffet porque "pensaban que solo nos quedábamos una noche", a pesar de la reserva. Tuvimos que desayunar fuera. Instalaciones: Todo se ve muy deteriorado. No hay un camino iluminado para ir a los restaurantes de noche; toca caminar por la arena totalmente a oscuras. En resumen, el hotel tiene potencial por su ubicación, pero le falta mucho mantenimiento y mejor administración.
