"The staff were great! Camillo, Javier, and Catalina were AWESOME! The property is fine, however the communication was not great. Lining up transportation was very limited and not transparent. The English/Spanish translation was difficult at times as well. I would definitely stay here again, but I would setup my own transportation next time."

"The apartment was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. It is in a great location and has a great view.. However... I had no hot water all week due to maintenance issues. "The apartment was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well stocked. Close to everything; groceries, restaurants etc. we didn’t have hot water. They tried to fix it several times, unsuccessfully. Not a big deal, but would have been nice for doing dishes. The beach is very busy, but shuts down early. "

"Zero star but excellent view. The unit was full of small ant and spiders, no one is clearly managing the unit or cleaning it properly. There was ants in the luggage bags and we had to be the ones cleaning the apartment. You can’t sit at the table and have dinner because bugs will go on your plate. Better to stay at a hotel. The building itself was relatively new, good gym with a view and the apartments views were amazing. Just be ready to clean yourself."
