"We had the most amazing time !!!! I strongly recommend this hotel. Service and food are impecable!!! And also the rooms and the hotel I. General is extremely clean and I am usually a VERY picky person about cleanliness. We are definitely going back very soon! Pedro and Alejandra are outstanding and you can tell they’re doing an excellent job with the staff. The food is delicious and you feel in Michelin star restaurant every single time. STRONG RECOMMENDATION"

"We just got back and we choose this property so to Adults only and this being a new property. Want we liked was the staff, the pools, nice beach but we didn’t go to it since the pools were amazing, rooms are very big and well furnished, the bars were fantastic and great bartenders, the buffet was amazing best place to eat (but they are closed at dinner very stupid !!), mikes coffee yum !, sweet shop yum!, privilege restaurant A+ (when open), butler service and cleaning staff great!, things to do until 2am which is not heard of much in resorts but this place had it all. What we didn’t like …. Closing restaurants so stupid ! Also we paid for privilege and they closed the restaurant we paid extra for two nights and 1 being Friday night !! Then others closed as well. Food at other restaurants not so good, well good but weird. like a Mexican restaurant but no salsa or any hot sauce but one that really should be called fire sauce. The Italian restaurant had no pepperoni, sausage, or meatballs for pizza only a ham and no sauce on it!! This place tried to be a foodie place versus a normal Italian restaurant for all ! Since we only have 7 to pick from and as I said most of them closed any different night. Buffet was awesome had everything and all very good tasting food. Why it didn’t have dinner we just didn’t get it. The Benihana place good but you get only what they serve and very little food. Then you have to eat and get out so to next wave of customers."

EL UNICO PROBLEMA QUE SE NOS PRESENTO FUE CON EL TRANSPORTE DE REGRESO QUE SUPUESTAMENTE LO GARNTIZABAN Y AL FINAL TUVIMOS QUE PAGAR UN TAXI QUE COSTO 172 DOLARES ,PARA NO PERDER NUESTRO VUELO DE REGRESO.UN TAL JESUS CORDINADOR DE EXCURCIONES DEL HOTEL FUE EL QUE NOS ATENDIO Y NOS GARANTIZABA EL TRANSPORTE QUE NUNCA LLEGO."

"Everything is in close proximity. All the restaurants are next to each other. RUI PARTIES are great. Check the calendar in the room and make sure you stay in the resort for that day. Pool water is too hot. No relief from the heat. But otherwise ok nice stay"

"Wonderful location! Try to avoid booking in the summer months because it is soo hot and humid during this part of the year there. It was still an amazing experience but May, June and July are the hottest months. Another great tip, if you couldn’t book transportation with the hotel in time, feel free to use the company indrive at the airport. They are reliable. Such great staff, please tip they deserve it. My husband and I spent 500 dollars just on tips alone during our 5 day trip. The plunge pool suite is incredible and has such a great view ❤️It was absolutely worth the extra amount and I can’t wait to be able to come back again"

"Wonderful family stay at Villa del Palmar Cancún! The staff went above and beyond, especially with the kids. Our room was spacious and spotless, the pools are gorgeous, and the beachfront water is crystal clear. The food was excellent with great variety. We loved absolutely everything and can’t wait to come back!"

"The property and staff were amazing! This was our first time at an all inclusive. We opted for the excellence club level, but I don’t think it was necessary for our short stay (3 nights), all of the different options for dining were wonderful. We ended up spending most of our time at the main pool and our server Betsy was INCREDIBLE! We love her and she was so attentive. We can’t wait to return!"

"I LOVE THIS PLACE. Everything was nothing but amazing the food, the atmosphere, the people I just can’t get over it. But most of all my butler Yure she was the best!! She made sure I was well taken care of. I went for my birthday and she made it everything I could think of. I will definitely be back and soon! :)"
