"The location was just far enough away from the busy Bocas Town it made it feel like we were on our own private island. Attractive rooms with the best view and an overall inviting aura. "Tropical private paradise. Beautiful rustic bungalow right on aqua waters. We came on off season and felt like we had the island to ourselves. There are kayaks to use as well. If you want more restaurants and life come in the main dry season. There is coral snorkeling nearby and an amazing indigenous guide and chef named Calypso who showed us all the local animals, sloths, monkeys, frogs, caiman and plant medicines. "Staff were great, Oliver took extra care of us and issues that arose. Great location, pool and beach were great. Using their shuttle to get around was helpful as the staff would point out sloths or red frogs and share information. "

"The Bambuda Lodge is a great place to stay and relax. It says Hostel but it is much more than that. You can book your private rooms and still enjoy the community. "First time as a mature adult venturing into a hostel. The facility was clean and the reception was warm and sincere. The other patrons were respectful and cordial. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the hostel again for a very economical stay in Bocas town. "

"Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Zum Badezimmer gibt es keine Tür. Aus der Dusche kommt leider kein richtiger Strahl. Leider ist es, dadurch das die Inhaber mit 2 Kindern dort sind relativ laut. Für uns war dadurch die Nacht um 7 Uhr beendet. Leider gibt es keine Rezeption oder Security. An allen 3 Seiten wird leider noch gebaut. Die Anlage ist aber sonst sehr schön.
