"ホテル滞在最終日に息子が高熱を出してダウンしてしまいました。息子をベッドで休ませたいので空港に向かうギリギリの午後3時まで部屋を使わせて欲しい、とレセプションの女性スタッフにお願いしたら快く了解してもらえました。 また、ニューイヤーイブの夜にディナーの予約が取れず困っていた私たちに、その女性スタッフは私たちの希望を聞いたうえでいくつかのお店の名前をメモにして教えてくれました。 親身でとても温かい対応に心より感謝します。"

"Lovely hotel that sits in the center of Nice. Walkable to the shopping district and tons of restaurants and it’s easy access to tram and train as well. The bed is comfy (really helped us with he jet lag) and the front desk staff are super very friendly and helpful. "

"Room was very nice, junior suite with balcony. Hotel is in quiet neighborhood, away from some of the hustle and bustle. But, close enough to walk to most things downtown and in old town Nice. Close to the train station too. Hotel staff were extremely helpful. Our room did not get serviced on our last day. Not sure why, but that would be our only complaint. "
