"Their property was beautiful. The pool was so much fun, beautiful pictures that we took with family!The restaurant , the food was awesome delicious the staff was very very attentive. The staff were helpful suitcases up and down the stairs. Awesome very helpful to let us know what things were around the area. Beautiful, beautiful place. "I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing. "The place seemed nice at first Big room lots of space So many bugs!!!! Even a scorpion in the bathroom. But it was clean and the ac and the pool were amazing. "

"This is a pretty expensive hotel for the location. The reception was closed and I had to call for help at the pool VHF-radio... Very few people speaks English. I stayed in a suite, which has a nice bed, almost the only good thing about the place. On day 2 afternoon I wanted to take a shower, but as on day 1 no hot water and after a few attempts no water at all, not even cold. No reception. The pool area is okay, but no people. no breakfast, fancy full service menu in a small booklet, but no...
