"Loved our very short stay, beach front view was lovely from top floor.. they also had security locks which I was very happy with we have son with autism and security is very important for me to sleep at night. We will be back soon!"

"This property should be condemned and don’t try to sleep on a bed because it’s a rock. I don’t know how they keep allowing these hotels to claim renovations while running out rooms that are full of mold."

"Everything was very good until Air conditioning stopped working at 1:00 am and had to sleep without it the whole night (Room 4H). Checking in and check out were very smooth. I explained the issue to the staff in the front desk the next morning and they said it would be fixed. Hope there is any response to me as a customer."

"Due to our room location sargassum odor was unbearable. Smell was also in room on our clothes and carried into our car. Took away from any type of relaxation."

"We did a week long road trip in the Keys and this was our unexpected last stop. I made the reservation the day before for a one night stay. Laura was so hospitable and upgraded us to a suite. I only wish this was our first and only stop! We are already planning our trip back."
