"The room had a strange smell to it, all of the furniture was old and beat up, and there were tears and holes in the curtains. Also lots of random stains on the floor. The sheets were clean, but very rough. I bought a pre-packaged muffin from the lobby that was covered in mold when I opened it. "

"The room was in a great location to catch a 6:00 am flight. There were two issues the facility should look at: 1. The top sheet for the queen bed barely covered the top of the bed without going at all down the side; 2. the hand soap pump at the bathroom sink was way to the left, leaving one’s hands to drip on toiletries on the counter while reaching for it."

"Free laundry option is always appreciated. Television choice is fairly poor with many channels on in-room guide having no signal. This is second stay due to convenient and safe location; would stay again just on those terms. Only issue is to ask for room away from room 206 as occupant leaves door ajar and moans/chants loud enough to hear down hallway or blasts television. On both trips, the same situation so it might be a long term resident.

"This hotel is my new favorite and I’ll be recommending it to all my friends! The lobby is very welcoming, the staff is super nice and the rooms are huge. Our big balcony felt like we were up in a treehouse, I loved it. The Hudson restaurant is in the hotel, the food was delicious, reasonably priced and their staff was great. I could live here!"

"The front desk person, when we checked in, was very cold and unfriendly like he hated being there. We reserved an efficiency queen room and it wasn’t a queen bed, it was a double. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable, I woke up with a lot of neck pain. The room was nice and roomy but the sink was dirty with a bunch of dark gray debris that was smelly. The room had a very strong odor of spices that did not lighten up even with the balcony left open to air it out. Don’t stay here if you need...
