Not made sufficiently clear that there is no en suite on the single room, but in fact the single use bathroom opposite is probably larger than you would get as an ensuite. The lack of reception staff is disconcerting, but the key codes work."

"Would love to be able to give a higher rating because there is lots of amenities in room the staff were friendly room serviced daily free WiFi lovely big garden birds and trees and in a great position to explore Ely. It was quiet and dark. Unfortunately the place stinks of stale cigarettes which as a non smoker with heart and lung conditions is very off-putting and means I wouldn't stay here again. The room was very dusty with questionable stains on the carpet and linen and yellowing paintwork....
