"The staff were excellent always helpful and willing to help too, food was well above the standard of other Hotels, and the rooms were well kept and cosy. We were so impressed with the Hotel we've booked to stay again in September.. the only negative was that there was no lift, which made things slightly difficult for us but manageable Thank you to everyone who made our stay so pleasant . "We had a lovely stay. Beds were comfortable and the room overlooked the sea. It was very relaxing falling asleep to the sound of waves. "We had an amazing time! Hotel is lovely, clean and well presented; the owners can't do enough for you! We could not fault this hotel, everything was as you would expect from a 4 star property. "A very well appointed hotel on the Seafront of Douglas. Staff freindly and restaurant was very good. French style menu. The hotel has kept its early years character whilst implementing modern touches to compliment the decor. "Arrived on early flight, dropped luggage off at 10am and asked if possible would the room be available any earlier than 3pm. Was told to come back and check at 1pm which we did and it was ready, really helpful with young kids! Spacious room, great location and probably one of the best breakfasts on the island."

"I had a great visit to the Isle of Man. The weather was glorious. My apartment at the Arrandale was just what I needed during my visit. Scott was brilliant at keeping me informed about my booking and check in arrangements. This was greatly appreciated. My apartment kitchen area was well equipped for what I needed during my stay. I would book again at the Arrandale when visiting the Isle of Man in future. "
