"Clean but basic rooms, fabulous views and lovely staff"

"The breakfasts were amazing, a lot of choice, not just the usual standard british breakfast. The staff were very good. The owners was very helpful when we had a medical emergency. The hotel is well located with a short walk to Douglas beach and the shops within easy reach. The only drawback for us was the stairs. There were a lot of them up to our room and no lift, but apart from that we had a lovely stay."

The owners are lovely and friendly and really helpful when we had to make a change to our booking, just before arriving. Breakfast is lovely and guests likewise, making breakfast a lovely experience. "Usually choose large hotels when going away for short breaks. Chose a smaller property this time round and we were not disappointed. First time visitors to the IOM. A personal welcome from Matt on arrival who showed us round the building and all the amenities. Clean, light and airy room with a view of the chickens! The chickens can be fed and are very friendly.
