"We arrived an hour late, a little after 5. Check-in was 4. There were 2 or 3 other families waiting. Yes we had to wait till 6 for our room. Had to pay extra for parking, but did take off one day because our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. The room was clean and the morning breakfast was ok. The pool was clean. We had a great time it was just the first hour."

"The staff was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was ok. The coffee was cold but to be fair it was pretty early in the morning. Whe I got a 2nd cup it was hot. The room was clean and comfortable."

"We currently stayed at Shem Creek June 30th-July 5th. When we arrived our room appeared to be clean. We however never received any housekeeping during our whole stay. We even asked one of the housekeepers if she could clean our room on the 4th day we had been there, she never showed up. Also the other groups of people we were there with never received any housekeeping there whole stay."
